How do you create frizz-free soft curls? Anyone used curlformers before?

i have naturally frizzy, wavy hair, but not pretty waves that i can leave the house with.anyways, it's REALLY REALLY REALLY frizzy. I use plastic rollers , but they make my hair too curly. And I don't want to use a curling iron, bc it damages my hair, and besides, those curls don't stay in for like 10 minutes...literally...i'm not even kidding. So any ways to tame frizz or keep it away? or any products that REALLY work.

Also, has anyone tried those curlformers from sally beauty supply? i've seen videos on youtube, they seem really cool. Because they enclose your hair, does anyone actually know for a fact that they keep frizz to a minimum, and are they comfortable to sleep in? bc i don't want to sacrifice my sleep for hair. and they are pretty expensive, so i don't want to like waste my money on them, or anything. also, does anyone know how to get them for cheaper, like coupons or something or if there are any other stores that sell them for cheaper. And do they create soft curls? bc i don't want a shirley temple look. and maybe i'm putting the curls in wrong or something, but how do you get SOFT curls? PLEASE HELP! thanks in advance and sorry, i know this is pretty longHow do you create frizz-free soft curls? Anyone used curlformers before?
use foam curlers !

theyre not hot so they dont burn your hair , and they wont ceat frizz, but since theyre not hot it will take a while longer to curl , so put them in early when you let them down theyll be loose waves , seal them in with tresseme hairspray that is 24 hour body because that hairspray doesnt dry hard on your hair .

good luck !
