How to roll your hair up in a spiral curl with rollers?

Seperate a lock of hair, comb it smooth, then roll it on the roller, twisting and running the hair down the roller as you go. Start as close to the root as possible and wind the hair closely and tightly around the roller. Starting at the top of the roller and working down. Then fasten. This may take a little practice, but once you get the hang of it, it is easy and you can get pretty spiral curls. Vary the roller size for tight or looser curls.

When you unroll your hair, take it down by turning and looping the roller down, don't pull it straight out. Then gently seperate and slightly fluff with your fingers. Do not use a comb or brush. Handle your curls as little as humanly possible to keep them spiraled and pretty. If you use hairspray, mist your curls lightly, but don't handle or scrunch them with the spray in. You will frizz your curls out.
