How to make Soft Curls in your Hair?

I'm going to the nutcracker ballet this weekend, and if I curled my hair, it would be really cute with my outfit. I want to soft curl it, but I don't have any experience doing it. Could you tell me how to do it in steps?

well if u want that like messy look, i would just make a tight bun after the shower and go to bed with it.


if u want like nice looking curls u should take a curl iron and in the front just start from like midway and go down.. then in the back same thing i guess, but dont like untangle ur curls too much.. use anti friz smoothing milk, or simple hairspray.. both will get best results
